The crusader’s greatest problem is a shortage of troops. If you pick 1 of these factions, your goal should be to improve cooperation with the other muslim nation to expel the Christians. The Turks and Egyptians in the beginning, aren’t in such friendly relations, which is basically why they lost Herusalem to the crusaders. They are obviously, allies and work work together to fight the muslims that surround the Holy Land. The Kingdom and Prinicipality are crusader states, formed agter the 1st crusade. The factions available are: THe Kingdom of Jerusalem, The Principality of Antioch, Turkey, Egypt and the Byzantine Empire.
THe map consists of Turkey, and the middle eastern countries. The Crusades campaign starts in the 12th century. Medieval total war is made up of a main, European campaign, and 4 seperate campaigns Teutonic, Crusades, Americas and Britain.
